1. Our Philosophy

We endeavor to encourage, engage, motivate and inspire young people to reach their highest potential. We aim to achieve these standards through employing the best coaches and support teams.

2. Insurance

All participants and staff are covered by Public Liability Insurance whilst playing with Pass and Play. However cannot be held responsible for any act, omission or loss or damage unless proven to be caused by Pass and play negligence.

3. Booking and Confirmation

Responsibility of accurate bookings and payments lies with the person making the booking. There is a first come first serve protocol. Once all places have been filled there will be a waiting list, and in the event that a place becomes available we will contact you via email. A confirmation email will be sent once we have received the booking form and full payment.

4. Refund Policy

4.1  When you cancel a course with us we will offer course credit if it is done at least 24 hours before course commencement and there is a reasonable reason for cancelling.

4.2 If cancelling your DD and your place on a team we require a terms notice.

 
5. Personal Property
All participated are expected to take responsibility for their respective personal property. During session, jewellery and other similar items must not be worn and the participant will not be permitted to take part in the activity until it is removed.

6. Meals and Snacks
Participants are advised to bring their own meals, snacks and water-based drinks and no hot drinks are allowed.

7. Programme Changes
Refunds will be provided in the unlikely event of a course being cancelled.

8. First Aid
There will always be at least one Certified Appointed First Aider at each camp/academy. In the event of an accident, first aid will be administered to participants in our care and if necessary, the emergency services will be called. No medication can be administered by Pass and Play personnel.

 
9. Adverse Weather
In the event of severe weather conditions we will email participants of the plan and if we have to cancel a training sessions. All camps will have indoor options so can still go ahead.

10. Photography
Pass and Play will take photographs of participants during course activities. These images may be used for publicity purposes in an image on video, on our website, or in printed publications. If a participant has strong views about not having their image publicised, they will need to make this clear at the outset.


11. Data Protection
We may use your details to contact you with future information. Please advise Pass and Play if you do not wish to be included in our mailing list.
