NETBALL ACADEMIES
WEEKLY IN TERM TIME
Netball Academies
Runs every week on Saturdays during term time. Is focused on the girls getting the most out their elite coaching. Coaches will spend time covering all different aspects of the game.
Players will be evaluated at the beginning and specific goals set for each girl that she needs to improve. Each week the sessions will be split into 4 sections; fitness and speed work, ball handling, focus on the particular aspect for that week, match play. This replicates very much what an elite players session looks like and they have to cover all these areas.
Sessions run every Monday and Saturday during the term time.
We will break for a week
during half term.

Mondays
5.30pm - 6.30pm (Years 3-6)
6.30pm - 7.30pm (Years 7 and 8)
7.30pm - 8.30pm (Years 9 and 10)
Thursdays
8-9.15pm (Years 11-13)
Saturdays
9.10am (Years 3 to 6)
10am - 11.15am (Years 7-10)
